To the best of my knowledge information and belief

the said Samuel Ebenezer Green resided and carried on business

in the Colony of Hongkong since the month of May 1906 down to

the present time Prior to the month of May 1914 the said

Samuel Ebenezer Green did not leave the said Colony and I be-

lieve that since the 1st May 1914 the said Samuel Ebenezer Gree

has been absent from the Colony on three occasions for the

purpose of paying visits to Shanghai Viz :-

From the lat May 1914 to the 31st May 1914 inclusive.

From the 15th August 1917 to the 15th September 1917

inclusive.

From the 12th June 1919 to the 31st July 1919 inclusive.

In each instance the said Samuel Ebenezer Green returned

to this Colony.

Accordingly the said Samuel Ebenezer Green excepting the

time he spent on the voyage to Shanghai and back as aforesaid

resided at Shanghai aforesaid outside the Colony of Hongkong

as follows :-

From about the let May 1914 to 31st May 1914

at Shanghai.

From about the 15th August 1917 to about the

15th September 1917 at Shanghai..

From about the 12th June 1919 to 31st July

1919 at Shanghai.

And I make this solemn Declaration conscientiously

believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions

of the Statutory Declarations Aat 1835.
